Has called 4 times just today. Never a message either... .they started calling within the last week...they first called "unknown name, unknown number" then this number would come up right afterwards (back to back) for the first few nights. Now it is literally about 10 times a day from 905-461-2367. I Have a GF who was telling me that she too gets them. Who the F**K is it and why are they allowed to "crank call" people harrassing them but yet if I were to do it to them I would be charged?? Going to call Bell Canada to file formal complaint and FCC to ask about regulations about giving phone numbers to people who do this for a living!!

This number calls all the time, about every 1/2 an hour and we finally decided to call them. The company is called Ontario Energy Savings L.P..
so i've been getting these calls for about 2 weeks, up to 3 times a day and figured if it was THAT important they would leave a message. No messages. well i don't answer calls from numbers i don't know so i also figured if i don't answer it they'll stop calling or eventually leave a message. These people don't give up!!!! thanks to this website i've come to realize that their number leads to Ontario Energy Savings, well i don't even live in Canada!!! so why are they calling me!!! time to find a way to get rid of them!!
Just received a call from this number about 10 mins ago and I didn't answer the call and (of course) no message was left in my voicemail. My number is on the National DO Not Call list and I will file a complaint w/ the FCC if they continue to call. I've done it before with a different company and they have sinced stopped calling me. I suggest anyone here still receiving harassing phone calls do the same.
I receive phone calls from this number AT LEAST 5 times a day. Does anyone know how to go about filing a complaint? I have never had to do this in my life, but I'm getting pretty annoyed as I am a Master's student...I find it incredibly hard to do work when the phone is constantly ringing. I am actually considering getting rid of my land line because of this...URGH!
Who are these people. They call constantly, never leave a message. No one should have to deal with these rediculous calls day in and day out.
they have called 11 times in the past hour, 21 times today - I am NOT amused - you call the number back and they say it's changed to some 1800 number - when I do answer the phone, noone's there.
This guy has called several times but never leaves a number. Today I was home when his call came in and when I answered it, he asked for me by my first name. I asked if I could take a message and there was a long pause...so I hung up. Who is this guy and why is it that his number is not aon any database? I tried reverse look ups and got nothing, not even an "unlisted number" message. It bothers me that he had my first name.
I have been getting these same damn calls, they start at 7 this morning.....And have had at least 20 since than.....HOW DO I MAKE IT STOP WHEN THERE IS NEVER ANYONE ON THE OTHER END OF THE LINE.....Piss right off you ppl, stop calling and leave us ALONE.......
