Reverse Phone Lookup 800-836-6469

These people are ridiculous.  They call at least 25 times a day on both mine and my husbands cell, leave no message.  We are behind on our carpayment, but we set up a payment arrangment with them and they still call! As a matter of fact I am getting a call now! They are calling 5 times or more a day, even weekends.  I've never had a loan with HSBC.  I can't get them to stop.  Filed a complaint with do not call list.  On monday, i'll try calling corporate office @ 858 492 6200.  You can also try 800  418 1888 ext 5762 or 2246 Nicole.  Found those numbers on another site for this type of problem.  hope that helps.

They called me at least five-ten times a day! I read other post on this website and took the advice of calling the extensions. The trick is to block your own number by dialing *67 then dial 800-836-6469. I spoke to two people who said they would take my name off the list. But they called back. They kept asking for someone named Amy so I finally said yes this is Amy what is your name? Take down the name of who they are trying to contact and the name of the person who called you. Take down as much information as possible. I am going to call the extensions back and tell them all the information i collected so hopefully they will be able to really remove my name from their calling list.

Yup. HSBC Auto Finance. FU. Ring my phone all you want. We have caller ID and YOU'RE NOT GETTING THROUGH. I pay within the grace period or, at worst, within 30 days. My tradeline for the car loan is perfect on my credit report, which is all that matters, so stop f-ing calling. Your calls mean nothing. I'll pay the $10 late fee when I have to. REPEAT: You're not getting through and the number of calls doesn't matter, because my monthly budget and pay periods are already set through 2009. My car is 80% paid off, so with each passing payment, they get more and more desperate. I've been told this is generally true by a car salesman -- they get more desperate when you're past due toward the END of the loan -- they know if they repo you're much more likely to reclaim the car than at the beginning of the loan when you're upside down (i.e. owe more than the car's worth).

Would like to have these people stop calling----they are very rude and when questioned--they hang up. You can try to call them back but you are asked to put your last 4 digits of your SSN and or acct #----you cannot get through to them. Please make them STOP !!!!!!

These people call at all hours of the day and night - I no longer answer the phone. They are annoying for the times of day they call, as late as 9 at night...we have no loans with anyone (I understand this is an HSBC auto scam)....we are on the "do not call" list so I have no idea how these jerks got our number - but they call 5-6 times a week and it needs to stop.
