714-495-4807 Reverse Lookup Requested

Received a phone call from this number 714-495-4807 and would like a reverse phone lookup. First time, the caller left no message. Later, I got a call from and it displayed "LOCAL OFFICE" on my caller ID. LOL - not my local office. I don't even live in CA. Persistent nuisance. Taped collection message. Apparently they have no idea what they are doing - looks like they dial randomly.
