This gal called me today from that number to ask me where I most often shop. Then the gal preceded to specifically inquire where I had shopped within the last 2 years- Target, Newport News, Talbots, etc. After she hung up, I thought it was strange so I tried to call the number back, but it registers as disconnected.

Received a call from a gentlement asking me about my household appliances and if I was the primary purchaser in my household. When i informed him i am on the do not call registry he informed me that pertains to sales calls and not surevey calls. He told me i did not need to be an idiot about the situation and hung up, when i tried to call back to file a formal complain the number rang as not in service.

I didn't get a call, but I do work for a market research company. If it a market research company, answer it once and tell them you want on their do n ot call list. That will cover all research they do, no matter the sponsor. Non-soliciting research studies are not obligated to use the National Do not call registry. if you don't feel like talking to them, the 1st time they call, oick up the phone for a few seconds and hang up. That will trick their dialer to think it made contact. Of course they will call back until they finish whatever project your name/number happened to be pulled for.
I keep getting calls from this # on my home phone. I see this is happening repeatedly to other people as well. The man says he is calling about a survey. I have told him twice that I am not interested and I'm on the "Do Not Call" list. When I don't pick up, they don't leave a message. It is getting very annoying! Sometimes they call multiple times a day! It stopped for a few weeks and then started up again. What is going on?! You cannot call the # back to reach anyone. It originates in Greensboro, NC

I keep getting a call from this number on my cell phone! How they got that number and what they want is beyond me. I keep deleting it. Does anyone know who they are?
Got a call from this number at 9:00 pm and Caller I.D. showed TTC RESEARCH...no idea who or what they are as of yet
The number belongs to TTC Research. Their contact number is 336-574-3000. It's answered by a human being. I suggest you call them and give them a piece of your mind.
The caller knows the nature of the business of the institution I work for yet the first question had something to do with the numbers of certain scientific instruments my "household". When I broke in to ask how long this would take she said 15 minutes. I said I did not have time but she persisted that she desired to call again so I just said no. What is irritating is that this came as if it was local (one ring) instead of outside (two rings).
