2697682316 Phone Lookup Service Requested - Who's Calling Me????

Someone from 2697682316 keeps calling me and states to call the number back. Caller ID states Direct TV and when I return the call a cheap answer machine message picks up saying that all operators are busy. I called that company specifically and they stated that it is a collection agency from them, but have no answers as why they are calling me since my account is up to date.
