He asked my name and I told him I wouldnt give it until I knoew what he did. He then got loud and started yelling staing that if he called me it must be important. I again asked when they do and he yelled again then hung up on me. Very Rude!!

Logged into my bank account and discovered that I had $12.95 taken out by CLUBSAVE and 4.05 taken out by VALUELDSAVE.com. They had the phone numbers 18009223516 and 800-922-3615. I've never even heard of these people, and I haven't used my debit card anywhere rather than the same places I usually do. The guy I talked to had no clue what he was doing. He said I signed up for something last month that I hadn't, and I told him to cancel it and give me my money back. At the end he tried to convince me of a gas rebate card, but I told him no. I don't appreciate random people stealing money out of my bank account.

Second, we are not exactly married, so why would a company want to talk to a different person other then the "account holder"??? Those of you dealing with these folks...check you credit! They did a hard inquiry on my credit (which can lower your credit score). Calls at all hours and leaves no message. Caller ID says it is a cell. Verizon wireless message when call back says Verizon Wireless customer is not available. Receive calls late at night from this unknown caller. It said number was a Verizon numer and it had been disconnected, changed, or is no longer in service when I called the number back 1 minute after the call came in. This may be forwarded to a disconnected number or the message is just a recording on a voicemail. After calling Verizon CS and learning this number is not registered with Verizon I called my local police department who wasn't able to offer much help. I then called my carrier (AT&T) and they said they would CHARGE ME TO BLOCK THE NUMBER. Mad that I can't make the caller stop I logged on to the FCC website and FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC at www.fcc.gov. I hope this'll HELP ALL OF US. If your phone company is charging you to block this harassing number then I would also say file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission on your phone company as I have done with AT&T. If a phone company is going to charge us to block harassing phone calls it would be in the best intrest of the phone company not to help us block the calls so we have to pay for the blocking service. The FCC should allow us to block numbers for free when they've been reported. I want it to stop and I shouldn't have to pay to keep from getting harassed!!!

It's extremely annoying when I get a call from this company because, when they call me, I am more than likely eating or watching TV. Flycell.com appears to be a place to get ring tones, etc. for a cell phone. I don't appreciate getting this junk on my cell phone, but I'm not going to text back to STOP. Would I be charged? Does it let them know they reached a good number? According to Google, they target young females/teens. Well, that ain't me, I'm pushing 70. Dialing *77 blocks marketing calls, but it also blocks someone trying to use a calling card, like people traveling. Can turn the block on (*77) and off (*87). Don't know if it works on cell phones, just landlines.

Okay, I work at SRBI in Fort Myers. Yes, I know the calls are annoying, but come on. I go to school full-time, times are right, give us a damn break.

If you do not want to take any more calls, you need to specifically say that you do not wish to receive them. If you tell them this, then you are taken out of SRBI's computer system. If you tell them to stop calling, and you ever get a call back, then that employee was being dumb and didn't record your call properly. In that case, you call the company, 239-278-4044, and ask to speak with a head supervisor, and demand that you have your number removed.

To the people who "know" that the IRS wouldn't allow outside companies to conduct surveys, then next time you get a call from SRBI, ask for a verification number. IF they don't give it to you, then once again, you got yourself a dumb employee. We are all given a verification number for each survey. If you call that number, you WILL get confirmation that the survey is legitimate. We aren't talking out of our a**es, a lot of the surveys really are conducted for Universities, health departments and IRS. We're making these calls in locked buildings, through a computer system that ensures your answers will be confidential.

Any question that you do not wish to answer, you are allowed to skip. IF you are asked if your income falls below 25,000, you are allowed to say "I do not wish to answer that." We can't force you to answer questions.

If you still don't trust it... we're located on College Parkway in Fort Myers, Florida. Come on by. Or, simply say that you don't want any more calls. Talk to the head supervisor. Problem solved.

I reported this number to my long distance carrier who then suggested I report this to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Please, contact the FTC at 1-877-382-4357 and follow the prompts until you get to a live voice.

After you have contacted the FTC, call these annoying folks back at 1-866-951-3861 and wait until you can get a live voice. You have to wait until all of the options have played before you can get to a live person. Inform whoever answers the phone that you have reported them to the FTC and demand that these annoying calls stop. Called to do a national poll; ID read "Gallup"; we are interested in politics and usually do these, but the questions became increasingly strange/personal--not a "typical" opinion poll.
